2. Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a smooth and efficient process.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
8. Shipping Policy
- All products will be shipped for free.
- Products can be returned within the first 14 days if the box is still sealed, accompanied by the bill.
- Please contact us before initiating a return to avoid any shipment issues.
- International products do not come with a warranty.
- For national products, the warranty will be provided by the product agent, not Souq Store.
